Spirit Doorways is a companion booklet containing two guided shamanic journeys, each designed to bring you into direct relationship with helping spirits. Journey One takes you into the practice of merging with an animal helping spirit. Before the journey begins, you will receive a teaching on five qualities found across many animistic cultures, ideas that are not concepts to memorize but ways of approaching the unseen world through relationship, reciprocity, and respect. Together, the teaching and the journey create a foundation you can return to again and again. Journey Two is an invitation to meet Abuelo Mapacho, the spirit of sacred tobacco. The journey begins with a clearing practice and the opening of sacred space, then travels to the Lower World where you will have the opportunity to meet this powerful helping spirit through direct experience. This is not instruction in ceremony. It is an invitation into relationship. The booklet also includes preparation guidance, reflection questions for after each journey, and an invitation to continue wherever your path leads next.

Kirsten Lovett
Kirsten Lovett is a shamanic practitioner and Nordic ritualist who guides others in building living, reciprocal relationships with the unseen world, nature, helping spirits, and ancestral traditions. Her path has been shaped by more than a decade of personal practice, ceremony, and direct relationship with the spirits. Her work includes shamanic journeying, animal, plant, and stone spirit relationships, sacred tobacco as a helping spirit, weather work, and Nordic ritual arts including the runes and galdr.
